That morning, we called expedia to ask them to intervene and they were unable. I spoke to the front desk and a manager who refused to cancel our remaining reservation, explaining that this is an 'adult only facility', the opposite of what they advertise. Upon check- in on Friday, we left for a show immediately and did not find this out until the following morning. They were told to walk outside, aroung the block, in the rain, hauling bags, because there is no entrance for minors from the parking area. Our kids were able to walk down to the front desk and about 50 ft past that-they were miserable.
The multiple restaurants and lounges they describe are 21 and over, no exceptions. Our teens were barred from using the pool, the hot tub, the spa.
